ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2026 and Election of Committee and Executives
The Tasmanian Dog Training Club Inc. AGM will be held on Sunday 27 September at Club Grounds Churchill Park, Invermay, commencing at 11.00am.
All members are encouraged to attend.
Note: to be able to vote you must have been a member before 1st April 2026.
All Committee positions are declared vacant and interested members are encouraged to nominate. Anyone wishing to nominate for Committee and Executive are reminded that all nominations must be lodged by COB Sunday 6 September 2026.
Nominations must be signed by at least one Member and the nominee.
Nominees must be a Financial Member of the Club, a Financial Member of the Tasmanian Canine Association Inc. (Trading as Dogs Tasmania), and complies with Clauses 68 (b) and 68 (c) of the
Constitution as follows:
“68 (b) – Every Member who was a Financial member of the Club for not less than three months of the Financial Year preceding the AGM and is currently a fully paid Financial Member
as at the date of AGM shall be entitled to vote at the AGM and shall be eligible to nominate or be nominated as an Office Bearer or member of the Committee.
68 (c) – No person becoming a Member between the closing date of the Financial Year preceding the AGM and the date of the AGM, shall be eligible to vote at the AGM, nominate,
or be nominated as an Office Bearer or Member of the Committee.”
